Cost Share Image Licence
Additional image licences are available at $106.50 + GST per business, allowing each party to hold their own non-exclusive usage rights.
This option allows the total cost of the shoot to be shared among all licensed businesses — a thoughtful way to increase exposure while keeping individual costs down.
Additional Images
If you would like to expand your collection, additional images may be purchased at $50 + GST per image. These can be added during the image selection process or after gallery delivery.
Please note: additional images cannot be pre-purchased ahead of your shoot, as availability is based on the final curated gallery and the number of quality shots captured on the day.
72-Hour Editing Rush Fee – $300 + GST
If you’re working to a tight deadline, we’re happy to prioritise your edit. Please let us know at the time of booking if a fast turnaround is needed — where possible, we’ll accommodate your schedule without applying a rush fee.
However, we understand that urgent needs can arise unexpectedly. In those cases, a 72-hour rush option is available for $300 + GST, allowing us to work overtime to ensure your gallery is delivered on time.
Arial Images are available for an additional $80 per image but must be requested in advance of the shoot. Aerial photography will be subject to weather conditions and air traffic restriction areas.
Travel fees - Travel beyond 1.5 hour from Perth will incur additional fees.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you’ve submitted your online enquiry form
I’ll be in touch via email with a private link to my pricing page so you can explore each collection in detail. If you’d like guidance in choosing the right fit, we can arrange a quick 10-minute call to walk through the options together.

Selecting your collection
Once you’ve chosen the collection that best suits your needs, I’ll confirm my availability and suggest 2–3 provisional dates that align with your preferences. We’ll settle on a provisional date before moving ahead to the booking stage.

Securing your booking
You’ll then receive an email containing all your booking documents in one place:

A personalised proposal
A service agreement (terms of service)
An invoice for the 50% booking fee (required to secure your date)

Once the booking fee is paid and the agreement is signed and returned, I’ll confirm your booking in writing and send a copy of the fully executed agreement for your records. You’ll also receive a Google Calendar invite with your shoot date, location, and package details.

Preparing for your shoot
I’ll send you my Photography Brief Questionnaire so we can capture your vision in writing. If you’d like, we can arrange a short 10–15 minute call to go over the details and make sure everything feels clear and aligned.

Shoot day
I’ll arrive prepared and ready to begin, starting with a walkthrough of the space to plan the best flow for shooting based on natural light.

After your session
Within 3 days, you’ll receive a proof sheet of lightly edited images to make your selections. Once your choices are finalised, I’ll complete the full edit process. Please allow up to 21 days for final delivery—though often, your gallery will be ready sooner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% will be required before the final images are sent to you.
All payments are made via direct bank transfer. Bank account details will be listed in the proposal.
My standard shoot hours are Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. If your property is only available on a weekend, I’m happy to accommodate where possible — just note that an out-of-hours fee will apply for weekend bookings.
You’ll receive your proof sheets within 7 days of the shoot to make your image selections. Once your choices are confirmed, the final edited images will be delivered within 21 days of the shoot date — often sooner where possible.
Each package includes a standard licence for use by one business only. If other businesses (such as suppliers, trades, or collaborators) would like to use the images, there are two options:
Cost Share Licence – This option allows you to split the cost with them upfront. Each additional business pays 30% of your package price to obtain their own non-exclusive licence. It’s a great way to reduce your individual costs while ensuring everyone has the correct usage rights.
Individual Licence Purchase – Alternatively, other businesses can contact us directly to purchase a licence at a per-image rate.

Finalised images will be delivered to you via Google Drive or Drop Box.
Images will be provided in both High Resolution and Web Size.
Styling is not included as part of my photography packages. If your space requires full restyling or staging, this will need to be arranged by you prior to the shoot.
That said, I can provide a small selection of minimal props — such as fresh flowers, fruit, bread, trinket trays, vases, hand soaps, towels, or throw rugs — to help add warmth and texture to your images. These items must be requested and arranged in advance. Please note that any perishable items (like flowers or food) will be added to your quote or invoice accordingly.
During our pre-shoot consultation, I’m happy to guide you on how to best prepare your space and whether any additional touches may be worth considering.
Yes, however this will incur additional fees if it is within 30 days of the scheduled shoot date.
It’s always helpful to have someone there when I arrive to walk through the space and ensure everything is in place. After that, the shoot tends to run most smoothly when I have the freedom to move through the space on my own — allowing me to work with the light, angles, and flow without interruption.
